The GCash app no longer converts extra prepaid loads into GCash. GCash’s 2016 website cannot convert Globe prepaid loads into GCash cash. The app also had a “Cash In,” however that has been removed.

The GCash app no longer supports this feature; however, there are alternatives as of 2024. However, third-party programs like Load2Cash charge large fees and take longer to process. Another option is to discount your load and receive GCash from the buyer. This may allow you to receive value from your prepaid load even after the formal methods are gone.

• Enter your full name and the amount you wish to cash out. Make sure all your details are correct to avoid any issues.

5. Get a confirmation and wait for the payout

• After submitting the cash-out request, you’ll receive a reference number for tracking.
• The app will provide a payout date (e.g., December 20, 2020) so you know when to collect your cash.

6. Track your transaction history

• To view all of your transactions, go to the Transactions tab. You can see details such as the transaction ID, load amount, and whether it’s pending or completed.

7. Update Your Personal Information

• You can update your profile by going to User Information. Ensure your name, contact details, and email are up to date for smooth cash-out processing.

Convert TM Load to GCash With Load to Cash App

The Load to Cash app allows you to convert prepaid loads into GCash, PayMaya, Coins.ph, or bank accounts. It deducts your load balance through direct carrier billing and transfers it to your platform. It is different from the Load2Cash app and allows you to send payments to your bank easily.

The app figures out the fees from both the payment provider and the phone company. For example, to get ₱350 in cash, you’ll need ₱670 in load. This is because you’ll need to pay a carrier fee of ₱70 and a gateway fee of ₱250. It takes about two days to change. Once completed, you can choose a cashout site such as GCash, PayMaya, Coins.ph, or a bank like BDO or BPI. Just type in your account information. After you request cashouts, the app will tell you when you’ll get your money the following month.
